By enrolling in this seminar, I accept the Release and Enrollment Agreement that follows:

No guarantee whatsoever is made to anyone by The Foundation of I, Inc. Freedom of the Cosmos, its founder, Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona, IZI LLC, IHHL LLC, Ho’akamai LLC, Bingboard Consulting LLC, Paddy’0, LLC, and their founders, employees, volunteers, sponsors, coordinators and instructors, or by the Divinity, the “I”, that the system of stress release and self-identity known as Ho`oponopono including, but not limited to, all meditations, visualizations, decrees, cleansings, spiritual healings and protections embodied in this book will yield specific results or desired outcomes at anytime.
The functioning of the Ho`oponopono process in conjunction with universal and cosmic laws is a direct experience between each individual, his or her own tri-une self and the Divinity, the “I”. Karma and Divine Providence must be the final arbiter of each one’s application of the Ho`oponopono process. Each individual can only be a witness to his or her own personal healing, cleansing and protections of body, mind and spirit through the use of disciplines and processes herewith. The practice of proof of the Ho`oponopono process rests with the individual as each may prove or disprove the power of Ho`oponopono for himself or herself.
ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT
You are signing up to participate in the IZI LLC sponsored Self I-dentity through Ho’oponopono training/seminar which is owned and presented by IZI LLC with the permission of The Foundation of I, Inc. Freedom of the Cosmos, a non-profit teaching foundation, here and after referred to as The Foundation. This is a legally binding agreement between you, IZI LLC and The Foundation.
By enrolling in the Self I-dentity through Ho`oponopono training/seminar, you agree to accept the terms of the Agreement. If you do not agree to all the conditions of the Agreement, DO NOT enroll in this training/seminar.
General terms and conditions of the Agreement
1. Notification of Copyrights, Registered Trademarks and Other Proprietary Information.
The Foundation and IZI LLC owns all rights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights to all information presented in its Self I-dentity through Ho`oponopono or Self I-dentity Ho`oponopono or The Self Identity through Ho’oponopono training/seminars, including but not limited to, information, trademarks, content, documentation, manuals, manuals, texts, articles, pamphlets, illustrations, graphics, audio and video presentations, methods, exercises, tools, icons, updates and all other training-related material.
You may not modify, reproduce, display, distribute, mail, transmit, record, film, publish, create derivative work, transfer, sell or perform any of the related information and materials, in whole or in part or in any other manner and other means without the express written permission of The Foundation.
You further agree not to teach, disclose, reproduce, distrubute, sell, provide, advertise or otherwise make available any part of the Self I-dentity through Ho`oponopono Intellectual Property that has been received in any form to any third party without the prior written approval of the Foundation.
You further agree to keep any Confidential Information obtained that results from your enrollment with IZI LLC and The Foundation confidential and not to make the Confidential Information available to third parties or use the Confidential Information for any purpose beyond the activities for which you were given access to the Confidential Information.
You also commit to and understand that the qualifications of the intellectual property, content and materials of The Foundation and IZI LCC, will remain only in the Foundation and IZI LLC
2. Warning:
Any misuse and abuse of Self I-dentity through Ho’oponopono has negative consequences. For those who use it for themselves, the benefits are countless.
3. Effective date
This agreement is effective upon ‘enrollment and is binding on any future sessions you have with The Foundation and will remain in effect until otherwise notified by The Foundation.

No se hace ninguna garantía de ningún tipo a nadie por parte de The Foundation of I, Inc. Freedom of the Cosmos, su fundadora Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona, IZI LLC, IHHL LLC, Ho’akamai LLC, Bingboard Consulting LLC, Paddy’0, LLC, ni por sus fundadores, empleados, voluntarios, patrocinadores, coordinadores e instructores, ni por la Divinidad, el “Yo”, de que el sistema de liberación del estrés e identidad propia conocido como Hooponopono, incluidos, entre otros, todas las meditaciones, visualizaciones, decretos, limpiezas, sanaciones espirituales y protecciones recogidas en este libro produzca resultados específicos o los resultados deseados en ningún momento.
El funcionamiento del proceso Hooponopono en conjunto con las leyes universales y cósmicas es una experiencia directa entre cada individuo, su propio ser triuno y la Divinidad, el “Yo”. El karma y la Providencia Divina deben ser el árbitro final de la aplicación que cada persona haga del proceso Hooponopono. Cada individuo solo puede ser testigo de su propia sanación, limpieza y protección del cuerpo, la mente y el espíritu mediante el uso de las disciplinas y procesos aquí descritos. La carga de demostrar la eficacia del proceso Hooponopono recae en el individuo, ya que cada quien puede probar o refutar el poder del Ho`oponopono por sí mismo.
ACUERDO DE INSCRIPCIÓN
Usted se está inscribiendo para participar en la capacitación/seminario Self I-dentity through Ho’oponopono patrocinado por IZI LLC, el cual es propiedad y está presentado por IZI LLC con el permiso de The Foundation of I, Inc. Freedom of the Cosmos, una fundación educativa sin fines de lucro, en lo sucesivo denominada La Fundación. Este es un acuerdo legalmente vinculante entre usted, IZI LLC y La Fundación. Al inscribirse en la capacitación/seminario Self I-dentity through Ho`oponopono, usted acepta aceptar los términos del Acuerdo. Si no está de acuerdo con todas las condiciones del Acuerdo, NO se inscriba en esta capacitación/seminario.
Términos y condiciones generales del Acuerdo

La Fundación e IZI LLC son propietarias de todos los derechos, marcas comerciales y demás derechos de propiedad intelectual sobre toda la información presentada en su formación/seminarios Self I-dentity through Hooponopono o Self I-dentity Hooponopono o The Self Identity through Ho’oponopono, incluidos, pero no limitados a, información, marcas comerciales, contenidos, documentación, manuales, textos, artículos, folletos, ilustraciones, gráficos, presentaciones de audio y video, métodos, ejercicios, herramientas, iconos, actualizaciones y todo otro material relacionado con la formación. No podrá modificar, reproducir, exhibir, distribuir, enviar por correo, transmitir, grabar, filmar, publicar, crear obras derivadas, transferir, vender ni ejecutar ninguna de las informaciones y materiales relacionados, total o parcialmente, ni de ninguna otra forma ni por otros medios sin el permiso expreso y por escrito de la Fundación. Asimismo, usted acepta no enseñar, divulgar, reproducir, distribuir, vender, suministrar, publicitar ni poner a disposición de ningún modo ninguna parte de la Propiedad Intelectual de Self I-dentity through Ho`oponopono que haya recibido en cualquier forma a terceros sin la aprobación previa y por escrito de la Fundación. Asimismo, usted se compromete a mantener confidencial cualquier Información Confidencial obtenida como resultado de su inscripción en IZI LLC y la Fundación, y a no poner la Información Confidencial a disposición de terceros ni utilizarla para fines distintos de las actividades para las que se le concedió acceso a dicha Información Confidencial. También se compromete y entiende que las calificaciones sobre la propiedad intelectual, el contenido y los materiales de la Fundación e IZI LLC seguirán perteneciendo únicamente a la Fundación e IZI LLC.
2. Advertencia :
Cualquier uso indebido o abuso de la Auto-I-dentidad mediante Ho’oponopono tiene consecuencias negativas. Para quienes lo utilizan consigo mismos, los beneficios son incontables.
3. Fecha de efectividad
Este acuerdo entra en vigor al momento de la inscripción y es vinculante para cualquier sesión futura que tenga con The Foundation, y permanecerá en vigor hasta que The Foundation notifique lo contrario.
