Refund and Cancellation Policies

IZI has a right to cancel the event/class for any reason and only the amount of event registration fees paid by student will be refunded by the Coordinator. The Coordinator is responsible for collecting from the participants the fees for the Event and handling all refunds. The Coordinator is responsible for refunding only the amount of event registration fees paid by student . IZI LLC and the Coordinator are not responsible for travel expenses, lost deposits, or any other expenses incurred by the registration in anticipation of attending this event. No refunds for travel expenses, lost deposits, or any other expense incurred by the registrant in anticipation of attending this event. Each participant assumes the responsibility of any added expenses they incur by registering to attend the event

❋ Cancellation Policies

After midnight on the day before the first day of class, there will be NO refunds. Full refunds (minus credit card fees, wire fees or PayPal fees) are ONLY granted for those who are unable to attend the class for any reason. Refund for the class must be requested by midnight of the day before the first day of class via email or phone to the Coordinator.

1. If no refund has been requested by midnight on the day before the first day of class, a new student will be considered a New Student in Absentee. No materials are sent. The student must attend the class in person to receive the materials and procedures on use of the materials. The New Student in Absentee attending then as a Review Student in-person, would purchase the books from the Coordinator in the class they will be attending as a Review Student.

2. If no refund has been requested by midnight on the day before the first day of class, a review student will be considered a World Wide Absentee student.

❋ Insrtructors Policy

IZI LLC may at any point change the instructor for a class and replace the instructor with a different qualified instructor to conduct SITH® classes.
IZI LLC and the Coordinator would make every effort to notify students of the change in a timely manner.
IZI LLC may also add an additional instructor for any class at any point.

  1. Participants register individually and are asked not to share the class link or invite others to view it. Each person who wishes to take part in the class must register and enroll as an official student. Participation and viewing of the class are restricted to those who have enrolled. If others are interested in participating, please feel free to send them the website or informational material so they can register.
  2. Audio recording, video recording, and photography are strictly prohibited; copyright laws apply.
  3. “IZI LLC” owns all information, copyrights, trademarks, and any other intellectual property rights provided during the conferences or seminars. Therefore, disclosure, duplication, copying, distribution, sale, provision, marketing, or any other form of communication to third parties is prohibited without the prior permission of “IZI LLC.”
  4. It is not planned to publish recorded videos of the conference or seminar; therefore, please check the schedule carefully and make sure you can attend before the event starts. Also, verify in advance your Internet speed, bandwidth, and environment to confirm there will be no issues. It is the students’ responsibility to ensure their equipment is suitable for following the class.
  5. By enrolling in the course, we ask that you do not use unnecessary electronic devices. All SITH® classes and lectures sponsored by IZI LLC, whether in-person or ONLINE, are spiritual events. We present these events with great care, spiritual cleanliness, and respect. Therefore, we request that you refrain from engaging in electronic social communications (text messages, emails, or phone calls, except in case of emergency) during the course of the lecture. We also ask that you turn off any other electronic device that is not being used to view the lecture. Keeping social communications active during class presentations and using unnecessary electronic devices affects the sacred nature of the class environment. The consequences of such actions could be significant for you, your family, your relatives, and your ancestors. It is our responsibility to inform you of this.
  6. Class registrations: IZI LLC does not have authorization to offer official SITH® seminars. There will not be a dual option allowing the student to attend in person and later receive registration. It is up to the student to decide which part of the course to take or to what extent to participate in it. IZI LLC does not provide registrations for students who cannot attend part of the course.

IZI tiene derecho a cancelar el evento/clase por cualquier motivo y el Coordinador solo reembolsará el monto de las tarifas de inscripción del evento pagadas por el estudiante. El Coordinador es responsable de cobrar a los participantes las tarifas del Evento y manejar todos los reembolsos. El Coordinador es responsable de reembolsar únicamente el monto de la inscripción al evento pagado por el estudiante. IZI LLC y el Coordinador no son responsables de los gastos de viaje, depósitos perdidos o cualquier otro gasto incurrido por el registro antes de asistir a este evento. No hay reembolsos por gastos de viaje, depósitos perdidos o cualquier otro gasto incurrido por el registrante antes de asistir a este evento. Cada participante asume la responsabilidad de cualquier gasto adicional en el que incurra al registrarse para asistir al evento.

❋ Política de Cancelación

Después de la medianoche del día anterior al primer día de clases, NO habrá reembolsos. Los reembolsos completos (menos las tarifas de la tarjeta de crédito, las tarifas de transferencia o pagos electronicos) SOLO se otorgan a aquellos que no pueden asistir a la clase por cualquier motivo. El reembolso de la clase debe solicitarse antes de la medianoche del día anterior al primer día de clase por correo electrónico o por teléfono al Coordinador.

1. Si no se ha solicitado un reembolso antes de la medianoche del día anterior al primer día de clases, un estudiante nuevo se considerará un estudiante nuevo en ausencia. No se envían materiales. El estudiante debe asistir a la clase en persona para recibir los materiales y los procedimientos sobre el uso de los materiales. El estudiante nuevo en ausencia que asiste como estudiante de revisión en persona, comprará los libros del coordinador en la clase a la que asistirá como estudiante de revisión.

2. Si no se ha solicitado un reembolso antes de la medianoche del día anterior al primer día de clases, un estudiante de revisión se considerará un estudiante ausente mundial.

❋ Política del instructor

IZI LLC puede en cualquier momento cambiar el instructor de una clase y reemplazar al instructor con un instructor calificado diferente para impartir clases SITH®.
IZI LLC y el Coordinador harán todo lo posible para notificar a los estudiantes sobre el cambio de manera oportuna.
IZI LLC también puede agregar un instructor adicional para cualquier clase en cualquier momento.

1. Los participantes se inscriben a título individual y se les solicita que no compartan el enlace de la clase ni inviten a otras personas a verla. Cada persona que desee participar en la clase debe registrarse e inscribirse como estudiante oficial. La participación y la visualización de la clase están restringidas a quienes se hayan inscrito. Si hay otras personas interesadas en participar, no dude en enviarles el sitio web o el material informativo para que puedan inscribirse.
2. Quedan estrictamente prohibidas la grabación de audio, la grabación de video y la toma de fotografías; se aplican las leyes de derechos de autor.
3. “IZI LLC” es titular de toda la información, los derechos de autor, las marcas comerciales y cualquier otro derecho de propiedad intelectual proporcionado durante las conferencias o seminarios. Por lo tanto, queda prohibida la divulgación, duplicación, copia, distribución, venta, suministro, publicidad o cualquier otra forma de comunicación a terceros sin el permiso previo de “IZI LLC”.
4. No está previsto publicar videos grabados de la conferencia o seminario; por ello, le rogamos que consulte atentamente el horario y se asegure de poder asistir antes de que llegue el evento. Asimismo, verifique con antelación la velocidad de Internet, el ancho de banda y el entorno para confirmar que no haya problemas. Es responsabilidad de los estudiantes asegurarse de que su equipo sea adecuado para seguir la clase.
5. Al inscribirse en el curso, le pedimos que no utilice dispositivos electrónicos innecesarios. Todas las clases y conferencias de SITH® patrocinadas por IZI LLC, ya sean presenciales o EN LÍNEA, son eventos espirituales. Presentamos estos eventos con gran esmero, limpieza espiritual y respeto. Por consiguiente, le solicitamos que no participe en comunicaciones sociales electrónicas (mensajes de texto, correos electrónicos o llamadas telefónicas, salvo en caso de emergencia) durante el transcurso de la conferencia. También le pedimos que apague cualquier otro dispositivo electrónico que no se esté utilizando para visualizar la conferencia. Mantener comunicaciones sociales activas durante las presentaciones de la clase y el uso de dispositivos electrónicos innecesarios afectan la naturaleza sagrada del entorno de la clase. Las consecuencias de tales acciones podrían ser enormes para usted, su familia, sus parientes y sus antepasados. Es nuestra responsabilidad informarle al respecto.
6. Inscripciones a clases: IZI LLC no cuenta con autorización para impartir seminarios oficiales de SITH®. No existirá una opción dual que permita al estudiante asistir presencialmente y, posteriormente, recibir la inscripción. Depende del estudiante decidir qué parte del curso tomar o en qué medida participar en él. IZI LLC no ofrece inscripciones para estudiantes que no puedan asistir a una parte del curso.
